By booking a retreat, using our website, or engaging in any services offered by Bespoke Italia, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or book any retreats.
2. Business Information
Bespoke Italia is a UK-based company providing bespoke wellness, cultural, activity, and digital detox retreats in Italy. We offer tailored experiences with varying activities, accommodations, and services. For any questions or to make a booking, please contact us through the website’s contact form.
3. Services Provided
Bespoke Italia offers the following services for each retreat:

Accommodation: Comfortable lodging tailored to the specific retreat experience.

Meals: Typically 2 meals per day; however, the exact number may vary based on the specific retreat.

Activities: Some activities are included in the retreat package; others are optional and may require an additional fee. Activities can be customized based on your interests and preferences.

Local Support: Dedicated local support during your retreat for guidance and assistance.

Transport: Assistance with transport arrangements, where applicable.
Some activities may not be included in the package price and will need to be paid for separately, either in advance or on-site.
4. Booking Process and Payment
To book a retreat with Bespoke Italia, you must complete the contact form on our website to request a call. After the call, we will provide you with the relevant booking information and bank account details. To confirm your booking, you are required to pay a 50% deposit based on the selected room option.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the start of the retreat. Payments are accepted via bank transfer only.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Client:

If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date.

Cancellations by Bespoke Italia:

If Bespoke Italia cancels the retreat, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule based on availability.

Rescheduling:

If you wish to reschedule, this is only possible based on availability and at the discretion of Bespoke Italia.

In the event of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), Bespoke Italia may offer you the option to reschedule or receive a credit for a future retreat instead of a refund.

6. Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability:
By booking a retreat with Bespoke Italia, you acknowledge that all activities undertaken during the retreat, including wellness practices, physical activities, and excursions, involve inherent risks. Bespoke Italia is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, health-related issues, or property damage that may occur during your participation in any activities, either included in the retreat or optional add-ons. You are fully responsible for your health and safety while participating in the retreat, and we strongly advise you to consult a medical professional before participating in any physical activity or making travel arrangements. -
Bespoke Italia shall not be liable for any injuries or damages sustained before, during, or after the retreat, except as required by law.

Health and Insurance:
You are required to have valid travel insurance that specifically covers the activities included in the retreat, such as wellness treatments, physical activities, and excursions. This insurance should cover any injuries, medical treatments, or emergencies that may arise during the retreat. -
Additionally, you will be asked to complete a health disclaimer form before attending the retreat, which includes details about any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or special dietary requirements.
7. Code of Conduct

Behavior:
We expect all guests to behave respectfully and courteously during the retreat. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior that negatively affects the experience of others may result in removal from the retreat without a refund. -
Alcohol Use:
Alcohol is allowed on retreats; however, we request that consumption is kept to a moderate level and does not interfere with the retreat experience or activities. -
Age Restrictions:
The minimum age for attending a retreat is 18 years old.
8. Website Terms

Our website provides information about the retreats, booking process, and other services. You may also subscribe to our newsletter or mailing list. Please note that we do not collect sensitive personal information via our website except where necessary for booking or health-related disclosures (e.g., allergies). If such an event occurs, we will offer you the option to reschedule your retreat or provide a credit for a future retreat with Bespoke Italia. If rescheduling or providing a credit is not possible, a full refund will be provided. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of force majeure situations, such as travel or accommodation costs outside of the retreat. -
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
