Bespoke Italia offers the following services for each retreat:

• Accommodation: Comfortable lodging tailored to the specific retreat experience.

• Meals: Typically 2 meals per day; however, the exact number may vary based on the specific retreat.

• Activities: Some activities are included in the retreat package; others are optional and may require an additional fee. Activities can be customized based on your interests and preferences.

• Local Support: Dedicated local support during your retreat for guidance and assistance.

• Transport: Assistance with transport arrangements, where applicable.

Some activities may not be included in the package price and will need to be paid for separately, either in advance or on-site.

To book a retreat with Bespoke Italia, you must complete the contact form on our website to request a call. After the call, we will provide you with the relevant booking information and bank account details. To confirm your booking, you are required to pay a 50% deposit based on the selected room option.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the start of the retreat. Payments are accepted via bank transfer only.

• Cancellations by Client:

  • If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

  • If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date.

• Cancellations by Bespoke Italia:

  • If Bespoke Italia cancels the retreat, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule based on availability.

• Rescheduling:

  • If you wish to reschedule, this is only possible based on availability and at the discretion of Bespoke Italia.

  • In the event of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), Bespoke Italia may offer you the option to reschedule or receive a credit for a future retreat instead of a refund.
