Retreat with us

Italy’s charm isn't just in its sights, but in its way of life—one that invites you to slow down and live with intention. The love for life, beauty, and simplicity are celebrated daily, living in the present, where each moment—whether it’s shared over a meal or an afternoon in the sun—is an opportunity to enjoy life fully.

Our retreats are built around this lifestyle, offering a mix of adventure and grounding experiences that help you connect with the authentic rhythms of Italy. Italy is home to local artisans, small producers, and untouched landscapes, giving you a deeper, more meaningful way to explore. From farm-to-table meals to wellness in nature, our experiences help you relax, recharge, and rediscover yourself, all while embracing a slower, more fulfilling way of living.

Isadora

Isadora is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management, specialising in curating memorable guest experiences. Growing up in the Alpine countryside, she developed a deep connection to nature, which has shaped her approach to both life and work. Her childhood curiosity about the world, fuelled by hours spent exploring maps and wildlife books, evolved into a passion for travel and hospitality.

She is a dedicated yoga practitioner and an advocate for slow living, emphasising the importance of mindfulness, human connections, and local cultural experiences in travel. Isadora’s pragmatic approach allows her to design experiences that focus on holistic well-being and sustainable tourism, ensuring that guests have meaningful, impactful experiences that go beyond typical tourist activities.

Isadora believes that travel is not just about places, but about presence — experiencing the world with open eyes, open hearts, and deep respect for the people and cultures we meet along the way. She advocates for mindful, non-harming travel that seeks connection over consumption, and depth over checklists.

Mariangela

Mariangela is a dedicated Hatha Yoga teacher. Her passion for this practice didn't start right away—in fact, it grew from a different beginning. She began her journey into fitness at age 16, with a love for Step and Aerobics that she continues to teach with passion today. Initially, yoga was just a way to find relief from tight, aching shoulders and joint tension. She was skeptical at first, finding the slow pace and focus on listening to her body challenging. However, she eventually fell in love with it after experiencing its profound benefits on her body, mind, and spirit.

She completed her Hatha Yoga teacher training in Italy in 2016 and has since practiced various styles, including Ashtanga, across Italy, England, and Thailand. Despite exploring different paths, she remains deeply connected to her Hatha Yoga roots.

During this retreat, Mariangela wants to focus on unblocking your energy. As spring arrives and winter ends, it's the perfect time to reactivate the vigor and vital force that may have been dormant for too long. Each Chakra is a vortex that guides Prana—your life energy—up the spine. Often, these vortexes spin slowly or with great difficulty, hindered by our hectic daily lives. This retreat is designed to counter that, to help you rediscover the slowness of time, listen to your body, and restore strength and vitality to your inner energy. By the end of this retreat, you will aim for a new perception of your body, a tranquil mind, and a peaceful soul.
