Retreat with us
Italy’s charm isn't just in its sights, but in its way of life—one that invites you to slow down and live with intention. The love for life, beauty, and simplicity are celebrated daily, living in the present, where each moment—whether it’s shared over a meal or an afternoon in the sun—is an opportunity to enjoy life fully.
Our retreats are built around this lifestyle, offering a mix of adventure and grounding experiences that help you connect with the authentic rhythms of Italy. Italy is home to local artisans, small producers, and untouched landscapes, giving you a deeper, more meaningful way to explore. From farm-to-table meals to wellness in nature, our experiences help you relax, recharge, and rediscover yourself, all while embracing a slower, more fulfilling way of living.
Isadora
Retreats Curator
Isadora is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management, specialising in curating memorable guest experiences and smooth logistics. Growing up in the Alpine countryside, she developed a deep connection to nature, which has shaped her approach to both life and work. Her childhood curiosity about the world, fuelled by hours spent exploring maps and books about cultures and wildlife, evolved into a passion for travel and hospitality.
She is a dedicated yoga practitioner and an advocate for slow living, emphasising the importance of mindfulness, human connections, and local cultural experiences in travel. Isadora’s pragmatic approach allows her to design experiences that focus on holistic well-being and sustainable tourism, ensuring that guests have meaningful, impactful experiences that go beyond typical tourist activities.
Isadora believes that travel is not just about places, but about presence — experiencing the world with open eyes, open hearts, and deep respect for the people and cultures we meet along the way. She advocates for mindful, non-harming travel that seeks connection over consumption, and depth over checklists.

Mariangela
Yoga, Personal Trainer and Studio Instructor
Mariangela embodies a strong vitality and a great passion for physical activity, which she has cultivated since she was a teenager. For over twenty years, she has shared this passion through a career in fitness. Her journey took a new turn when she discovered and fell in love with the Yoga practice, a discipline she has pursued since 2012 and later decided to teach. She grew up in a small village in Puglia, where she was immersed in a slow-paced life among centuries-old olive trees and her family’s vineyard. This deep connection to Italian traditions, after years spent in England, led Mariangela to think of a way to share her love for her homeland. Combining her passions for physical activity, travel, and her native land, she concluded she could unite them into a unique project. This is how Bespoke Italia was born, a project she shares with her friend Isadora. Built from the heart, it offers a genuine invitation to discover what true human connection and a deep bond with nature really mean, giving others the same transformative opportunity Mariangela experienced.
